During my recent stay at, I faced significant challenges that overshadowed the hotel's purported luxury. Initially, I was not allocated the room I had reserved, which set a disappointing tone. The flat-screen TV in the alternative room, while functional, did not adequately compensate for the discomfort of unplanned changes. The carpeted floor added a touch of comfort but seemed to detract from the practicality one might expect for the price point. the 24-hour reception staff were attentive, yet the value for money remained questionable considering the experience. In essence, while may appeal to those seeking luxury, travelers should weigh their options carefully, as this establishment’s reliability and value propositions appear compromised.
